Features Our MF series nitrogen generator uses a hollow fiber membrane module and reputable air filters, and can produce nitrogen gas of the highest purity (99.5 %). Our nitrogen hollow fiber membranes are designed with openings that are 3.0 Å .
Compressed air is used to push/force oxygen and nitrogen molecules through to this membrane. Since oxygen molecules are much smaller than nitrogen molecules (2.9 Å vs. 3.1 Å ), they can easily escape through the membrane openings and be released into the air. Nitrogen molecules being much larger, are incapable of escaping through the openings, and are therefore directed into a tube where they make their way to a nitrogen storage tank module.
Easy to install, and requires no electrical connections. Optional analyzer helps monitor oxygen (O2) and nitrogen (N2) purity levels.

Why use gas generators instead of gas cylinders ?
